Commercial Law
The commercial law, now an independent legal branch, determines the foundations for the establishment of trade organizations, as well as the behavior of traders in commercial transactions. This right determines the basics of trade as a business, through the activities of educating traders and their emergence as subjects of trade, determining the conditions of business of traders and the like.
Entities of commercial law are legal entities, which have many types and forms, and the most famous are: a joint stock company and a limited liability company.
Sources of commercial property law are, above all, laws and by-laws regulating this field. Immediately behind regulations, as a source, contracts occur in which parties agree on the conditions under which they enter into trade relations in mutual communication.
